• Durchführung regelmäßiger Überprüfungen der Servicequalität und KPIs sowie Implementierung von Handlungsempfehlungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den technischen Bereichen
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Service-Definitionen, Service Level Agreements und anderen vertraglichen Verpflichtungen
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Services in Kooperation mit unseren technischen Bereichen
• Übersetzung der Serviceerwartungen unserer Kunden in technische sowie prozessuale Anforderungen
• Im Falle von Eskalationen koordinieren und steuern Sie das Reaktionsmanagement
• Sie arbeiten proaktiv und kooperativ mit unseren technischen Bereichen, Lieferanten und dem Account Management zusammen, um Probleme oder unbefriedigende Leistungen proaktiv zu vermeiden
• Darüber hinaus überwachen und lösen Sie alle operativen Vertragsmanagementaktivitäten aus und stellen sicher, dass diese rechtzeitig abgestimmt und ausgeführt werden
