Ihre Aufgaben als IT-Service Engineer
[/fusion_title][fusion_text]On Site Serviceabwicklung und -betreuung (Order- und Incident Management) im Rahmen des modernen digitalen Arbeitsplatzes – Workplace-as-a-Service bei einem weltweit agierenden Kunden im Pharma Umfeld mit mehr als 50.000 Arbeitsplätzen
- Auslieferung, Installation, Reparatur, Auf- und Umrüstung von PC-Systemen
- Störmeldungsbeseitigung mit einem Ticketsystem
- Einrichtung der PC-Systeme mit dem entsprechenden Kunden-Image
- Einrichtung und Installation von Mobile Devices
- Patchen und Entstören von Telekommunikationsleitungen
- Aufbau, Abbau und Umbau von PC-Arbeitsplätzen
- Mitwirkung in Projekten rund um den Workplace Service (z.B. Rollout Windows 10, Office 365)
